Our Sauces

Patti Myint spent years perfecting sauces that complimented her recipes. As she would say, they are all “made with love.” After four years of development, we finally were able to properly bottle her sauces for all to enjoy!

IM Spicy

IM Spicy is and International Market original family recipe. Made of fermented rehydrated chili peppers, garlic and vinegar, it has a potent and spicy kick.

Recommendations: This sauce works great on rich stews, braised greens and even in a bloody mary.

IM Wok

If you’re looking for one stop Thai “stir-fry’ sauce, this is it. IM Wok is a balanced brown soy based cooking sauce.

Recommendations: It’s perfect for recipes like Pad See Iew, glazed over grilled meats or tossed into some wok seared vegetables.

IM Sweet

IM Sweet is the OG egg roll sauce since 1975. Made low and slow, simmering vinegar and sugar, it’s a popular condiment for many regulars of yesteryear.

Recommendations: It’s great on egg rolls, chicken tenders, and drizzled over fried rice for a hint of sweet and tart.
